Blink And You'll Miss It Fact: During the bridge crossing you can see another individual with a camera trying to record everything. Near the end of the film when they are at the fair you see something drop from the sky on the right-hand side. Count It Out Fact: The words "Oh my God" or some variation are spoken 85 times throughout the film. The running time of the film, without credits, is about 80 minutes, the length of a long-running MiniDV tape, a common format used in consumer camcorders. Getting Ahead Fact: The head of the Statue of Liberty is shown about 50% larger than actual size. CG supervisor David Vickery said in an interview that many people imagined the head being much bigger than it actually is, and that the size was increased due to complaints that the head looked too small in the trailer.

This was the birth of shaky cam footage (not counting Blair Witch Project) and then other movies started doing it. It was annoying and eventually audiences were like "nah...knock that off"
