As a person who went to minimalist footwear, I say to people, "we'll see who's looking like a clown in 20 years when you're hobbling around, and Im still hiking and deadlifting" That is all.
Thanks for that. I bought a pair of Whitin Zero Drop shoe and when I put it on, I said "Oh no< I'm not going to go around looking like a clown in the circus". Gurrrrrl, once you reach a certain age, it's all about comfort. I'm looking for the best Zero Ground shoe for me. I love your dancing. I, can no longer move that fast anymore! LOl
I’m a high school teacher, and the first time I wore barefoot shoes (Belenka low boot), a student innocently asked me, “Why are you wearing those? Are you doing some kind of role-playing for class?”😂
Tell it like it is. For those that mock barefoot shoes, when your old and grey with bunions and deformed feet, causing shoulder, knee, lower back and hip pain, you will regret not wearing barefoot shoes because you cared more about fashion than healthy feet. 👣
Let's be real, barefoot shoes look pretty much the same as clown shoes in layman's eyes. And I do wear barefoot shoes for the last 8 years, we just forget.
Whats it like to have no foot pain? I have been wearing HeyDudes the last couple years and have a pair of BareFoot shoes in the way. I can't wear running/tennis shoes anymore.
People are so used to modern-day foot binding, they think wearing a shoe that's correctly shaped to fit a natural human foot is strange... But they can enjoy their bunions and the other consequences 🤷♀️ you look great in your barefoot shoes.
It’s called barefoot shoes (they have them with separate toe holes but also just ones with wide ends, I wear them to since I have Donald Duck like foot)
The bear foot shoes help foot health the pointed modern shoes may look better but it is horrible for your health like look at lebrons foot it’s super deformed because of the shoes he’s been wearing bunions don’t happen when you wear the clown looking shoes and having proper foot health can help against back pain knee pain and some other things too
@@Chxrs66 Honestly, I've been wearing barefoot shoes for 3 and a half months and not a single person has said anything about them. I'm not a fan of the Barebarics design, but luckily there are plenty of other brands and styles to choose from. Splay might be a good brand for you since they do Vans style shoes, and they're on the less expensive end of the spectrum. You get used to the look of them pretty quick, it's only weird because it's new to us. Your feet will thank you, as mine have. I was destined for orthotics until I found barefoot shoes. I had to change my gait, basically learn how to stand, walk, and run properly, but now my feet are getting stronger, and hopefully I'll never need any kind of support again. 💪
@@kd_76 i don’t care vans look great I don’t even have to try to put a outfit on w then I could just roll out in em like hell I’ll wear them clown shoes
