Club Car Mcor Repair 

I did this on an 03 club car ds. The mcor was intermittent and the cart would jump when it engaged. I sprayed wd40 then let it sit then i sprayed it with electrical cleaner. Removed both quick disconnects and sprayed them with electrical cleaner as well. Cart runs great and saved some money! Thank you!

I use the exact same procedure for my 2001 club car. Worked like a charm!

Thank you for this. Had an old club cart that would lose power when the pedal hit certain positions, and replacing the speed sensor didn't help. This fix seems to have completely remedied it! I sprayed contact cleaner instead of wd-40, because I was out.

Dose this work GCOR . The model that got wire loom coming out of it. 2008 clubcar.

James, do you have a specific method to seal the hole? I was thinking of wrapping black electrical tape over it.

Why would you spray WD 40 into a ELECTRICAL PART. It's very flammable

Why WD 40 and not electrical contact cleaner?

Does this really work? Is it safe to spray on while current is on?
