Great info! I just purchased a used 2002 Club Car and it hits top end and shuts down. I wasn't aware that the governor could be adjusted. I'll have to check out how to adjust it. And where is the clutch video? I enjoy your informative channel. Thanks!
Excellent video , i am impressed with info. I was given a 1994 carryall 6, has 4 seats. Wiring looks all messed up. I wouldn't mind paying for service , pics video info . Thank You
can you do a video on removing the FE290 enginge (or equivalent) as far as where to block it up at and what exterior equipment needs to be removed or unattached and what bolts to take out.

Any suggestions on testing the micro switches on the F&R lever? Goes in reverse, not forward. Would like to repair cart, even if it is to wire in another switch temporarily until new lever can be purchased. I don't mind pushing the car backwards manually, to a simple test and replace. 1997 Gas club car
Sorry I didn't reply right away.I had pneumonia. Testing a micro switch . 2 wires were plugged into the Microsoft switch unplugged.Both put your positive lead on one side with a continuity tester and the black lead on the other coming out of the Switch now with a lever on switch depressed You should hear a beeping sound.Come out of your getting nothing.Then the switch is faulty
Figure I would ask here. I have a 95 Club Car DS (gas) and I would like to relocate the gear switch so I don't have to bend over to move it. Any suggestions, ideas, products?
i have a 89 club car cart and was in a front end fire im thinking because of the lights if u jump the solenoid it will start but i cant get power to the gas pedal to make the cart start
