Correction of club foot you start with fore foot varus correction,followed by dorsflecttion to streching of Achill tendon every after 2 weeks by p.o.p castting Then donning of knight splints

My sister was born with club foot, unequal height of the legs and size of the leg bothers her a lot and messes up her confidence. What do you recommend? Surgery or anything to help have the same height atleast.
