Купил я вашу эту базу Включил а она пищит как хрен пойми что, и при этом иногда ещё завывает как сквозняк дует и зокна Fanatec уже не тот что был, откровенно брак продают и не парятся За такие деньги вы должны проверять свой продукт а не продавать брак Пришлось сдавать обратно это недоразумение и платит 30€ за обратную доставку и получается что я потратил 60€ только на то чтобы папробывать как ваши базы писчать и гудят как трансформаторнная будка.... Класс так держать👍
okey good video but 1 thing i dont get is why should you not use the 4 bolts in the front if thats what they are made for? because if you have a playseat f1 rig with the playseat direct drive adapter it should be mounted with the 4 bolts in the front! so i really dont get that part tho

Hallo Fanatec, wenn meinem Kumpel das Netzteil der DD2 abraucht, wie lange dauert es denn bis er eine RMA Nummer bekommt, bisher sind knapp 3 Wochen vergangen?
Es tut uns leid zu erfahren, dass beim DD2 Netzteil deines Freunds ein Defekt aufgetreten ist. Unseren technischen Support erreichst du über das Kundenkonto. Logge dich dazu in deinem Kundenkonto ein und wähle "Mein Konto" > "Meine Produkte". Dort kannst du das/die betreffende(n) Produkt(e) auswählen und ein Ticket eröffnen, indem du auf die Schaltfläche "Support" klickst (Wenn das Support-Ticket ausgegraut ist, musst du noch die Seriennummer des Produkts hinzufügen. Klicke dazu auf "Seriennummer/Rechnung hinzufügen"). Bei unserem technischen Fachbereich kommt es derzeit zu Verzögerungen von acht Tagen, bis du mit einer Antwort rechnen kannst. Wenn dein Freund jedoch ein allgemeines Ticket über das Kontaktformular abgeschickt hat, dann kann die Antwortzeit drei Wochen und länger dauern. Wir bitten dies zu entschuldigen. Wurde alles so gemacht, aber weder in Spam noch sonst, hab ich etwas von Fanatec bekommen. Bisher war ich zufrieden, aber sowas stößt einem echt sauer auf ... und das beim Premium Produkt von Fanatec.
Cool base, i bought it, recieved it, used it for no more than 20 hours and its bricked... No answers, no explanations, no fixes, just be patient i guess... 800 euros for base, 500 and 300 euros for two wheels and its just sitting in a box now... guys if you think about buying this base, wait a year or two when all the problems are fixed and solved, you wont get to use it if it gets bricked for a few months atleast... buy from other vendors, and if your so stuck on fanatec, just sell it when the times come, they are plagued with issues that many users are facing, dont be a test dummy of this "germaneering" unit.

We offer the QR2 Base-Side and Wheel Side upgrades on our website. The CS DD already comes with the QR2 Base-Side pre-installed. So, you’d only have to order a QR2 Wheel-Side upgrade for your steering wheel to mount it to the CS DD. You can also find installation instructions on our RU-vid channel://bit.ly/3uHWxPb .
3:00 How come you did not put a small Fanatec logo on the top of the QR2 base side to prevent you put the wheel the wrong way and damage a pin in the wheel?
It is not possible to connect the wheel the wrong way. You cannot damage the pins by attempting to connect a wheel with the QR in the wrong orientation.
@@DomB_Fanatec First day I got my DD plus, i did put my wheel the wrong way and it goes in and you can keep pushing. Dont know how far it went and could cause pin damage. That is why I asked
