I really empathise with the theme of this vlog. When hormones & anxiety create a brain fog that just makes everything that bit harder, like being clumsy & making a mess when that's the last thing you need! And when lots of niggly things accumulate & you worry about being moany. The other day I was really tired & recovering from a panic attack the day before I had planned to try get myself feeling better by walking to town with my family to go for a coffee & try some bread at the new Gail's bakery nearby.They'd run out of the bread I wanted & there was no room in cafe. Tried another cafe. They'd run out of non-dairy milk. Got home to find the tea I'd been eyeing up online had sold out. went to do some baking (which usually relaxes me) only to open cupboard & sugar to fall down, spilling everywhere. was going to have my comfort food of apple & custard but made the custard way too runny... so although I obviously wish things had gone better for you, it is comforting to see I'm not the only one who has days where it feels like the universe is against you 💗. And as my mum said to me, you're aloud to complain when things are just a bit shit. And to say when you just don't feel good. It doesn't make you ungrateful or a horrible person. It just means you're human

I am a mumma to 2 boys under 3. I have an anxiety disorder and I suffer greatly with self-doubt. But your vlogs bring me comfort, knowing that other mothers go through this. We have to be kinder to ourselves, and you're allowed to take breaks or shorten the vlogs to your pleasing. Nobody is entitled to other people's lives, even when they are influencers. We all deserve respect. You're doing great, and I can't wait to see vlogmas. ❤️

I’ve been away in york for a long weekend for my birthday and then got the train back today but the first of the two trains we were getting broke down leaving us stuck there for 3 hours and then was meant to be home at 3 and only got back now as the second train got delayed after that so this is just what I needed. I know I comment pretty much on every vlog and sorry about that but you really are my inspiration and I love you and your channel so much. 100% recommend one of The Pig hotels for your birthday celebrations!!! They have them in Bath, Kent, Southampton, Cornwall, Devon and the New Forest but the one in the South Downs is beautiful, you can stay in the main house or one of the shepherd's huts. Very cosy, sustainable food (mostly sourced from their kitchen garden) and I think you would absolutely love it. Plus all the Bramley toiletries in the rooms 🙃

Loved the vlog! Can confirm clumsiness around your time of the month is totally a thing, it is for me anyway! 😅 Always dropping things, spilling cups of tea, tripping up or hitting limbs on door frames during that time 🙈 I imagine it’s the shift in hormones, oh the joys!

I'm always clumsy around my period. My husband and boys know just to keep out of way and expect a few extras bumps and crashes around the house x

Dropping things and being clumsy on your period is definitely a thing! Something to do with fluid retention and hormones they think. I always know mines on the way when my hands just stop gripping things properly.

I needed to watch this today! First day of my period too and I've been the clumsiest, I always am around my time of the month too. Your not on your own...I catapulted some pizza onto my sofa today 😅🤣 and speech is also a struggle. It's a comfort to know I'm not the only one like this ❤️

Around the time of the month, your joints/tendons/ligaments become more lax. So as a result 2 things happen. Our muscles have to work harder to hold joints in place and us in good posture so they get more fatigued. Also, our proprioception gets worse. I have a connective tissue disorder anyway, so my proprioception isn't great anyway. Poor proprioception is involved in what the general public would call being clumsy. xx

I used to use macs for music production and I used to call the wheel the wheel of doom because for me the only way to fix it was reset and loose my work 😂😭

I'm so glad you've been able to take the pressure off yourself to film everything! I would rather shorter vlogs if it means you get to LIVE your life, rather than just film it. keep being kind to yourself🥰

Oh god I have broken so many kitchen items in the last weeks, including one of these Ikea glass bottles. This thick kind of glass really breaks into a million pieces and flies everywhere.

That’s how I hold the bagel when I cut it too 😂 I’ve been doing it like that for years, this video made me realise that some people might find it dangerous but I never cut myself by doing it like that 🤷‍♀️

I am more clumsy during that time of the month. I feel Ike my hormones make my ADHD worse so I am more likely to be distracted and clumsy. Take care and be well! Cheers!!

I can SO relate to the clumsy phase xD But I don't seem to get it on my period. I don't know when it is, usually, but I'd be knocking things down, bumping into things, hitting my hands or fingers against furniture, dropping things, you name it. And then it goes away, magically. Could I blame hormones? Who knows. I'm not normally clumsy. Btw, on my one and only trip to Europe, back in 2015, I was in Paris and visited Diptyque's store, on that same address from the label. It's a tiny, beautiful and VERY FANCY shop, the guy there was so nice and kind, serving several customers at the same time and speaking a different language with each one. I was so impressed. I got the lavender flowers one. Just dreamy.

You should look into getting cbt if you haven’t already because it helped my overthinking soo much that it’s reduced a lot with the techniques they taught me- game changer and life changer, it’s really worth❤

My sister had a big 1/2 gallon of milk in glass container and dropped it. One of the ways to do milk in the US is to buy it that way and return the bottles for a refund. She found a piece months later. Terrifying at the time as she had a baby under 2 at home. I’m sure you hate plastic but that is why plastic is a thing. It can puncture and make mess but it is not a hazard when it breaks. It would be unfortunate to step on a tiny piece of glass but if that happened the person would live and be whole again soon enough. No matter how you clean it up you will find a piece a later. It will be in an odd place as well. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

im a clumsy person normally but I've never broken a bottle of nail polish... until i dropped a brand new bottle of holo taco polish onto my cats water bowl while trying to pocket it and it shattered. i just stood and stared for a minute. at least i was able to use it once. ain't that just the way.

I just thought to mention a herbal supplement I take for my period, it’s called agnus castus and you can get it online or most places really, Holland and Barrett. It helps to balance hormones and side affects from your period, but for me it just honestly really does help with how I feel before, during and after. I take 2 a day although it says to take 1 a few times a day 😅 hopefully you can check it out and try some! ❤
