Sir, As per CMA guidelines a student can commence Articleship as soon as they register for CMA intermediate. This has been confirmed by ICMAI... for student registering after Feb 2020 The above is being mentioned to enable student to commence Articleship early so that they can complete the same before CMA Final. Secondly is it mandatory to do Soft Skill and IT training before a student is eligible to give CMA inter Group I or Group Ii exams. What to do if due to ICMAI is not sending the link and due to this a student is not able to proceed... then will ICMAI give any concession to complete remaining group... Please educate

hi sir, My CMA Inter was completed in Dec 2020, I joined as Full time accountant at local organisation with turnover more than 10CR, from Jan 2021 to Aug 22 now I applied CMA final both grps.Do i have to do any thing more? I also have CA articleship for 3yrs (2018 -21)

Hello Sir. I have a total of 2.5 years of experience in business process role at (Indiamart) and Technical Operations Analyst role at a US based PropTech company. I have quite a good command on excel and MS office products which I used during working. Sir kuch personal problem ki wajah se mai result aate hi kahi bhi apply nahi kar paaya but abhi kuch PSU me maine apply Kiya hai jinka 1st November last application date tha ....now i am confused sir ki mujhe wait karna chahiye unka ki call aaye for interview ya mujhe koi firm join kar lena chahiye. Sir,mene phele inter syllabus 2012 me register kerwaya tha and inter both clear hone ke baad mene 1 year ki training exemption lee thi Ab final me mene 2016 syllabus me register kerwaya tha and abi clear ho gyi. Hi sir, I had cleared my Cma inter in 2021 dec attempt, I had joined in a ca firm from April 1st 2021 as employment basis and I had completed 12 months experience ,so now can I claim pratical training exemption now or not? And if yes is 12 months is sufficient for claiming exemption or 15 months mandatory. New pratical training scheme is applicable for me. Please sir i am facing lot of confusion, please help me.

Sir I'm student of final. Registered in 2021 for final. Do i need to pay 2500 if I m going under training right now. Who need to pay 2500 , those who registered in intermediate after 15/8/2022 or those who intimate Institute for practical training after 15/8/2022. Sir if you will go to website of training form they have written intermediate student register after 15/8/22. But in notification it is written those who registered for training after 15/8/22 need to pay 2500. I m confused sir please help me out.

You can register for Articleship after completing any one single group of intermediate and can commence the practical training after completing both groups of intermediate.

Sir, I enrolled CMA inter via direct entry scheme. I completed my training period in 2021 and 1st group. I appeared for 2nd group in Jan-23.If I clear group 2 of CMA inter in Jan-2023 then, can I appear for group 1 of CMA finals in Jun-23, if not what is the gap for CMA final attempt. Please tell me

The Training period is minimum 15 months, but yes you can do 15 months from months from one firm and extra from any other firm that meets the requirments of ICMAI Institute.

Yes, a student shall be required to undergo practical training for a period of 15 months before the date of declaration of examination result of both or remaining group of final examination.
If you want to attempt for both at the same time then you can register for CMA, if you want to enter by direct entry route then you have to clear B.Com first then you are eligible for direct entry
A CA Student can register under a CA working in a Company and continue his Articleship under that CA. This training pursued in a company will form a part of Articleship Training undertaken by the Student.

A student is required to complete his 3 years of training in the following way: A student is required to complete 10 months of his CMA articleship 4 months before the month in which he is giving his final examination and 15 months of articleship before the declaration of his CMA final result.
Students will need to complete 3 years of articleship or on-the-job training to work as Certified Management Accountants. Students must complete 10 months of training before the CMA Final exam so it does not add much to the overall duration of the course.
