Quick update for the Poor Diesel Challenge, 10k buy, build, and compete with a diesel pickup. I’ll have another video up about that soon, but until then I’m just working on getting this minty 01 lb7 duramax running.

I think I’m going to. I know I have some coming out on the 67 and shop as I basically starting over. But this’ll be a long term build I want to do from start to finish on RU-vid. If there ever is a finished product

Never tried the wire to the starter trick but have done a similar trick hooking up to the starter relay 😂

It’s significantly easier to locate the starter than the starter relay. At least in my experience, same outcome though

Curious why you sprayed ether in the turbo discharge instead of the turbo intake or the actual intake itself

I was spraying it directly into the intake. The turbo outlet is on the drivers side of the motor

Honestly I took this photo when I got the poor diesel challenger truck and haven’t taken any photos since then. Being that this episode was about the poor diesel challenge truck I thought it was fitting, but I understand where you’re coming from
