So this was a 400 day kid challenge thing between the twins and myself...day 380...Sunday December 27 (42.5 lbs on the bar). Lifted this session is 40,000 lbs. Total lifted since start is 10,000,000 lbs (ten million pounds in 380 days). 251/25 for the next 1,000,000 lbs. Sets today of the following reps...161, 161, 161, 161, 161, 161 (966 total). 92 continuous days lifting over 40,000 lbs each day.
My first 1,000,000 lbs took 88 days. The second 1,000,000 lbs took 61 days. The third 1,000,000 lbs took 34 days. The forth 1,000,000 lbs took 28 days. The 5th 1,000,000 took 27 days. The 6th 1,000,000 took 24 days. The 7th 1,000,000 took only 23 days. The 8th 1,000,000 took again only 23 days. And the 9th took 21 days (something I don't think I will ever break as it almost killed me - I did 10 days in a row of 50,000 lbs).
