2:20 The McDonalds and Lunchables ad had the warning bleep and a child abduction warning playing on it. It acted like a offensive word bleep, but it's a family friendly ad. One was the Happy Meals ad, and the other was the Mix It Up ad. The bleep and the warning continued throughout the ads. It continued all the way until the end. This might get even worse if you forgot to turn on the captions settings.

1:50 The one-note music played and the glitch screen effect was shown throughout the Robot Boy credits/outro. The music stayed that way until the very end.
Back in 2017 there was this real glitch I caught on video of this part of Teen Titans that was playing for a bit, then it was moving onto the ident and trying to switch to an ad iirc, but it was just this loop of the Teen Titans part, and moving to another thing, then going back to Teen Titans. I remember switching channels would make it have a black screen with just the CN logo.
Cartoon Network glitches can refer to two things: * Technical difficulties: There can be occasional technical problems with the channel's broadcast, which might cause glitches on your screen. These are usually temporary and resolved quickly by Cartoon Network's technical team. * Programming references: Cartoon Network has sometimes incorporated glitches into its programming for comedic effect or to create a surreal atmosphere. There's also a popular Adult Swim series called "Adult Swimbumps" that features intentionally distorted and glitching versions of classic Cartoon Network shows.
1:14 and 1:32 or 1:18 and 1:36 That was as if everyone said offensive words just like popular RU-vid gamers would but except, it continues until the end of the ad. It looked like offensive words overlapped each other. But no words are offensive throughout it. It continues until the end and the glitch screen looked like a censor. But nothing was offensive and disturbing throughout the ad. I can barely hear anyone in the ad talking because of the bleep. Most of them covered the screen entirely, and some of them covered part of the screen. This indicates that the bumper is glitching.
0:23 Narrator: "Stay tuned for more" *Speaking gibberish* But i tried to make out these words as translations: "y ra ay e burrrr Gum all et Chart too et work" It translated to: "The Amazing World Of Gumball at Cartoon Network" Then the logo came on. But i can't make out what it was actually saying. All i can make out was the words "lobal se Car". But i can mostly make out the first syllable "Car" meaning "Cartoon". Then the screen glitched out to a blue screen.
