Congratulations!I hope you're doing well in your new CNA job. I'm actually starting a CNA course in about 3 weeks but the course I'm taking is only 2 weeks long! They have crammed everything in to just two weeks and I'm a little nervous. But thankfully, RU-vid offers so much information to students, including actual CNA classes that have been recorded. I've been watching a 4-Hour class in preparation for taking the CNA course and am learning quite a bit! I would recommend everyone do this prior to taking the CNA course because it will no doubt prepare you for everything that you are about to undertake as a CNA student. Bless you....its a very very very difficult pathway. Have a strong mental strength. do it for a few years becasue it will really affect you...i dont know how much they pay in your state but hopefully the pay for cna will increase all over the states. low pay and hard work and mentally draining from everyone.
Oh definitely! From what I have witnessed from my clinicals in the nursing home, cna’s work their butts off!! Clearly not equal to the pay😞thanks for the words of advice🧡, I definitely plan on becoming an lvn in the near future☺️

Im looking to do cna.. I already have the book to study but nervous to actually call a school to ask . Since I'm a slow learner ( a little takes me a little to understand) and everyone tells me oh you won't make it since your a slow learner
Amber, NO. This is going to be a journey, it’s going to be hard whether you’re a fast learner or not. We all learn differently . And let just say only YOU can decide whether or not you’ll make it. I believe in you. I will be starting my journey soon, I’m nervous but I know I can make it because I want to make it. Go ahead and call the school. YOU got this!!!
