I recently sold some of my NVDA stock to secure profits, but I'm retaining a portion for the long term. Nvidia's growth potential remains robust. I'm considering diversifying my 6-figure portfolio, but I'm uncertain about managing risks in my next move.
While keeping your portfolio allocations balanced, de-risk your investments, support your core holdings, and take some gains. Even managed portfolios don't always perform as well as I would advise, so it's essential to get the advice of a qualified fiduciary; my spouse and I find that this works for us. Net of dividends, we have had over 80% capital growth.
I'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisors online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?
Like Warren Buffet said, dividends are only good if the business you’re investing into can’t make good use of that capital. So if you’re trying to invest into businesses with actual growth, looking at dividends is a waste of time. Why are you investing into a company if they’re returning capital to you because they think you can make better use if it than they can. It’s not much different from bond investing. The way I see it if you have a $1 million at some point, that’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between 50k-70k in dividend income...
It's not difficult, but you have to learn and handle. Another thing is that if you can't manage your home, maybe you shouldn't invest on your own. If so, you should hire a CFP to help you diversify your assets to include ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of companies with consistent cash flows, rather than betting on penny stocks.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far.
Over the following 3 months, I want to increase my reserve from $280,000 to at least $550,000. I would be grateful for any advice you can give on how to accurately predict the market and how to diversify and balance my portfolio in order to accomplish my goal.
I really don't like making such recommendations, because everybody's situation is unique. But there are many freelance wealth managers you could check out. I have been working with "Eileen Ruth Sparks" for about four years now, and she's really, really good. If she meets your discretion, then you could go ahead with her. I endorse her.
Thank you. I just checked her out now and I've sent an email. I hope she gets back to me soon. I've been thinking of doing this for a long time now, and I've procrastinated enough already.
Getting shares may appear simple, but selecting the proper stock without a tested method can be challenging. I've been trying for a long to increase the size of my $210,000 portfolio, but the biggest obstacle is that I don't have a clear entrance and exit plan. Any input on this would be welcomed.
Investing across asset classes will help you lower risk compared to placing all of your eggs in one basket. See a financial specialist if you don't have a lot of knowledge.
Several individuals minimize the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
'Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier' is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $160K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions
I agree, I thought I was doing alright profit wise, until I needed assistance with diversification, I reached out to a financial advisor and in less than a year I was just $51,000 shy away from $850k which is like 7x more than I make on my own..
@Mark Lofgren Having a counselor is essential for portfolio diversification. My advisor is SUSAN BAUER NORMANSELL who is easily searchable and has extensive knowledge of the financial markets.
@@laszlolee thank you for saving me hours of back and forth investigation into the markets. I simply copied and pasted Susan’s full name into my browser, and her website came up first in search results. She looks flawless.
Reading about people grabbing multi-figures monthly as income in investments even in this crazy days in the market, any pointers on how to make substantial progress in earnings?would be appreciated
You make it seem unreal to make up to that as a passive income annually, when it’s clearly possible😁😁Albertmathe has really made me rich through his strategies💰💯
Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate whether or not we’re going into a recession and precisely when it’s going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.
With this crash I'll say it wont be too easy to pick the right stock, Jim Cramer said there are still huge opportunities despite the crash, and I overheard someone talk about making $250k from about $110k since the crash. How do I make these kind of returns Nate?
Thats true, I've been getting assisted by a coach for almost a year now, I started out with less than $120K and I'm just $19,000 short of half a million in profit.

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
I subscribed for a few trading courses but it didn't help much, been getting suggestions to use a proper financial advisor, how did you go about touching base with your adviser
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $485k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.

My personal portfolio/investment manager expert Mrs Lilian Gregory after a whole week of research, she runs an investment platform where you don't have to undergo stress in the trades, she manages my trading
Warren has a Mcdonalds breakfast every morning. If Berkshire hathaway does well he buys the expensive breakfast. If it does bad he buys the cheaper option. He's worth €80b plus. I love that. I also love the fact he has stayed In the same property he first bought, his whole life.
I bet you're referring to the video clip of him saying the markets are down so I'll buy the cheaper option. He was being ironic- Buffett pretty much ignores what the markets do on a given day..
Mr Buffet while I have been listening to you .I learned a lot of ideas regarding the investments . Also from Mr Charlie and mr Gates .that when you complete your conversation . I ll miss a lot this video . I thank all of you .
Warren gave such a great interview here. He was totally right about Kraft-Heinz ($KHC). It went down from $35 on the day of this interview all the way down to $25 only 6 months later in Aug 2019 and down to $20 in the Corona dump 6 months after that. Not sure if BRKA bought more shares of KHC in Aug 2019 or March 2020 or not. But sure Warren was absolutely spot on in assessing that KHC was overpriced and the market agreed with that assessment. Just wonderful to learn from this extremely wise man!

TWO HOURS interview, after big losses, most people already go to the toilet for stomach cramp, Buffet is really amazing at his age to stay calm and composure.
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to the fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest decline in value each year. Investment is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people save enough money before retirement.

@@alethacates2497 Because it sounds disingenuous. Because the video has nothing to do with that topic. Because it's overtly random and you still can't provide a real answer other than "I did it just to do it." I hope you can understand why your actions sound disingenuous.
I haven't read about NetJets in a while, but I thought you paid an annual fee and then from there you paid hourly rates for flights (plane costs, catering, etc) which you could prepay for up to 25-50 hrs per year. So, getting a free card is pretty generous. Its up to you to load it though.
Why is Joe Kernen even in the same atmosphere as Warren Buffet. He is degrading to one of the most brilliant minds walking among us. Joe Kernen needs to get off the air and be quiet. He eats up air time that we could be hearing from Warren. Joe...Please stop talking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mr. buffet if Berkshire was any where in my affordable wheel house I would let you invest my money. I just asked the public to look at you for an i.q test saying that nobody could be that good but every time I watch you I’m amazed.
I have been trading for about 6 months now and just about every trade backfires and slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points . I try to do top down analysis but it doesn't work for me . I say to myself, clearly I'm in the 90% that lose money, so I open a demo account, do my analysis, then take the opposite of what I would normally take and get the same result. I'm starting to feel hopeless, any advice for a struggling trader?
Your problem could be your stop loss is too close or you're watching your trades too much. Place it and walk away. Or you could just give up, trading isn't for everyone.
Don't listen to him, don't give up. Trading takes time(months, even years) to master, even the pros learn everyday. Never the less, if you lose money no matter which side you take, maybe you need to look at how you are managing active trades rather than how you are entering them. My advice, find a mentor . And also, try incorporating the use of oscillators, Bollinger and pivot points into your strategy. And most importantly move to higher TFs(4h or 1D preferably), you'll thank me later .
@@jerrygosnell4341 You're correct, I don't lose money every single trade, but my main problem is trying to let my runners run. Very rarely do I catch big moves . Instead they go a few pips in my direction, then go against me if when I try holding them. Also my entries could use a lot of improvement. A mentor would be amazing, but getting one is easier said than done. If it's not too much to ask, do you know any legit ones?
@@evelynlucas4904 I know of one gentleman though, he is not a mentor per-se, but he's freakishly good at trading. From what I've gathered he used to work for a proprietary firm till he retired. Met his at one of those conferences, got to know him and we exchanged emails. Since he helped me, I've been making about $1000 bi-weekly. What I'm trying to say is the 5% of traders in the world that are consistently profitable are not on RU-vid, they are just random/lowkey people no one even expects . His name is Douglas Donald by the way.

Why do they have Joe Kernen at all? He is absolutely insufferable and constantly the target of negative comments. Not surprising when he thinks his biased judgments are more important to state rather than let his world class guests speak their minds.
Everything was perfect until this Joe guy appeared. Could CNBC please get rid of this guy when Warren Buffett is being interviewed...please a million please. Joe ruined this otherwise perfect interview.
But it seems that he knows that. It is always good to know where is your forte and not tinker with industries that look cool to you but you know nothing about.

But the selling of the airlines, in the end did you average down, lose money , gain money, did you have them leveraged? Just basically, how’d that play out?
People get annoyed Buffet doesn't just come out and tell then his whole plan or view on anything. Fact is, he's so followed and so powerful he can't, he could but he knows better.
