this is me playing CnC Kanes Wrath 1vs2 brutals (Steel Talons vs Reaper-17) the map is 1vs2 unfair advantage super cheap games here for all of us to have fun on gaming time www.g2a.com/r/... thank you for watching comment.rate.subscribe
you forgot to create more harvests in the begin, 2 by field is good with this condition and shift + click in the build list will increase 5 per time only 7 firehawks is needed to destroy the rift use team mark to select 4 firehawks, and press shift + any number to select more than one team when they already was marked i hope may it help, anyway, good work
I love unfair advantage lol. Another fun strategy is forcefire the ground with Nod specters and protect them from air with Stealth tanks/Manti. Once you have about 10 spectres they alone take out 70% of all enemies coming through that street
AI at the end... Well we are gonna go down... Time to place a rift generator and wait for the 6 min we don't have. (3 secunds later) HOW DID THIS NOT WORK :'(
I would have personally went at least 2 Harvesters 1 refinery, money was a bit of chokepoint the 1st bit. Garrisoning the building would have been a nice way to increase dps in that choke point. Well played,. Also, running 2 rigs on the front lines would help with repairing units in the fight. Also, it repairs units faster than the war factory and has some light defense for ground and very light AA.
I did my own “mini campaign” of sorts by doing Brutal AI on all maps (mostly because I found out the maps you’ve done that on have a blue star thing next to them in the skirmish menu). This one was one of the least complicated and most complicated, depending on spawn. I could never manage to do a 2v1 (2 brutal vs me) while also fighting uphill. Any advice? Downhill was easy enough- just pump Titans and Juggernauts and hit with air attacks until the AI runs out of money.
I can fight from anywhere on any map done all the maps on gold, all i can say is play more and watch the fight as you play to see if you can make you better in time
Damn I almost beat 3 hard ai on a open map but then something bad happend (not my fault it was something irl) and I had to leave it even tho I saved I lost the game heck yeah I even got my epic unit to lvl 3
Another fun thing to do is while being steel talons; steal a zocom enemy con yard and build their tech tree up to get Zone Raiders. Then load your behemoths with zone raiders for a stupidly OP unit xD
At around 9:25 i think you command your behemoths to take a formation or something. Anyway it shows ghosts of where the units will go.. how do you do that?
To be specific - Brutal ai uses every second of the game to make an action. They always try to maintain map control and get double cash from evrything. Nothing else is "cheated" like build-time or a revealed map
I dont know how in your games, but invisibility never work for me, ai just move units untill it "ligaly" detects them to attack. It just follow my invisibilty units (for exampel insivible tank nod or elite squad, i dont remmher names on eng)
good job man a few suggestions though. 1. learn the shortcut keys, itll save you a few seconds overy time 2. utilise all product lines ie use both war factories to pump out troops faster, with blue tib it shouldnt be a poblem 3. use all of your troops to get the job done faster and maybe then you could tak on 3 brutal ais 4. use all the buildings around you at the very least they serve as cheap scout points when garrisond i liked what you did with the rigg at the start and how you rushed behemoths and stationed your MARV at such a place where he could just pick off enimies and gain the veteran status easy.
I can understand the double blue tiberium deposits at the start to get the solo defender going....but staring out with 40,000 resources on top of that? Heck, that's a stroll through the park "easy mode" even with 2 allied Brutal AI. Now Rookie's 1v5 again Brutal Scrin with starting 40,000 and nothing but green tiberium was worth watching. Even if the AI tends to break down over time....I mean, how many times do you need to air strike their WMDs before they defend it with AA? (AI abuse ensues). Bottom line: As long as you can successfully turtle, victory is inevitable. Question is, how close can you get to scraping that victory together by the skin of your teeth? I dare say 10,000 starting resources would be enough in this instance, with blue tiberium to mine from.
lol say what you like, and it is easy for people to talk about how to play but i am the only one that play the hardest mod on cnc games and you are talking me what will be hard lol ,and one last thing play for fun and go look back i have done 1v7 with only 10k cash
@@MaDAnimal Okay, I believe you. Take what I've said with a grain of salt or however you will. What I meant, from the perspective of the viewership, is that watching this video felt....boring. Now your 1v7 with only 10k starting resources, THAT I would like to see. That is what Rookie's video did on the hardest difficulty using only green tiberium to harvest. We all like to enjoy playing games, but I'd suggest showcasing your hardest won fights for the viewership. They're rewarding not just to you, but those who want to watch a good fight.
I find it nearly impossible to beat vanilla scrin, they just have a very strong base defense of lightning spikes. They steamroll your teammates bases with ground units because... well... ai... and when they lose their swarm to you, they bring out the devastator warship and carrier spam. soon after, they deploy a rift generator, and you can do nothing about it because you are too busy defending from the ridiculous swarm. Maybe GDI is better than Nod for this.
during that time there was no money, he should have run the MARV over one of the deposits, that would have brought in a ton of extra money to build more defences
Love how the story of behemoth's creation LOL They were Like "Sir we have a problem!" and the general was like "what!?" the employees are like "The juggernuts are getting attacked in close ranges, If we can't solve this we are gonna have to cancel the whole production of every juggernut in the whole world" and the general was like "meh just put a bunker built with it problem solved!" wierd right?
MaD_Animal TGN Partner But it is still very hard to protect even with a bunker. They move slow but armor is quite tough but they can get cornered so easily.
I have to be honest, Steel Talons is my least favorite GDI sub faction in Kane's Wrath cuz Zocom is better against Scrin's tiberium weapon and they're weak against sonic weapons. But I guess your amazing skill here convince me to play as steel talons
MaD_Animal TGN Partner True... but I can watch these nice videos for free. :) Also, if you don't mind me asking, why does defeating brutal AIs more or less only work when facing Reaper-17?
Its been this way since tiberian dawn. GDI was good at offense and bad at defense while Nod was the complete opposite of GDI. That is until tiberium wars and kanes wrath came around... Nod got access to units almost capable of 1vs1ning mammoths (avatars -.-) which completely broke the general lore thats been going on for a decade before that.
2 brutals means less resources for each brutal. The only reason this strategy works is because he has enough resources to wait them out. If there was only one, theyd have twice the resourves, and you would run out of respurces trying to maintain this kind of position. Not to say that this isnt impressive. Very efficient gameplay; probably the best way to deal with 2 brutal reapers on a map with a chike point.
MaD_Animal TGN Partner Nope, it's not only you that plays like that, most of the videos here are like that.. And I didn't say anything about your gameplay, actually it's pretty neat. Just the thing that it always ends up in TD.
Good point. I'd like to mention that a foxhole doesn't always cost 700$ to replace, the foxhole itself being destroyed without losing both your rifle squads only costs another 100$.
