Here we have the Corian keycap in it's natural habitat, feeding on tall grasses and.. wait, what? This is a quick cut of a project machining corian keycaps. They get a machined delrin (POM for you non americans) cherry MX compatible stem bonded into them (an adventure on it's own). They have a really nice tactile feel to them.
If you like them, we have a handful available to buy in our store for a limited time everythingbutp...

Guessing you don't have a tool changer on that machine? Would probably be faster if you switched to a roughing tool for some of the ops. But if there's no atc disregard

No ATC yet. I have the spindle, but have not made the carousel.

@@PraetexDesign And quite expensive junk if he wants $12. I can resin print these for 20 cents. But why would you want to?

@@littleshopofrandom685 my bad lol i didnt see that it was corian (english is not my main language) ofc then i wouldnt be able to 3d print these :D yeah i was wondering that why would you cnc machine keycaps from plastic while u can easily 3d print those lol

@@nospeakgames8802 Even still.. 3d printing does not offer the fidelity/finish/precision, and the plastics available are often not suitable. Outside of artisan resin caps embedded in epoxy, there isn't really a case for 3d printing them.
