No sane juror would vote to convict, I expect a hung jury on this. Statistically there has to be at least one sane person on the jury, and just the opposite there has to be a few insane TDS NYC people. I just hope Trump launches investigations into each of these prosecutions after his re-election.

There is a reason this is free: Agree to the first comment. A fairly ridiculous issue - he had two extensive calls with Trump immediately before sending the money the next day. He got paid the debt on the house + tax + bonus is written out in detail in the handwriting of the dude whose retirement home is Rikers, identified by his assistant that confirmed the handwriting due to looking at it for 35 years. The jury may get hung due to how polarising Trump had forced the US society well enabled by Gaetz (wait is she seventeen!) and MTG… god, too many insults to choose from. You MAGA idiots want to choose an autocracy who is too boastful to not take credit for his Putin/North Korean love letters. If this is the best case you have; then things are not looking good.

@@sonjafunakura867 there is no cover-up. There was no crime. And this is not a criminal offense at best it’s an IRS issue. Even the guy that mows your lawn, pays an accountant to do his tax return. Trump doesn’t do his own taxes. Trump doesn’t make these type of decisions. Lawyers don’t do that either. Trump did not break any laws. None of these prosecutions are founded on anything other than trying to prevent Trump from being president.

@@lour8237 He paid a legal fee to an attorney, who had invoiced the company for legal services. A company of that size gets invoices all the time. I know, as I've worked in accounts payable. Companies sometimes just pay the invoices to their established vendors all the time without thinking much about it. It's not unusual for companies to pay the same invoice more than once or to pay the wrong vendor for another vendor's invoice amount. A lot less thought goes into than you might think. I once saved my employer from a $16,000 mistake when they had paid a scammer for our actual vendor's invoice. The scammer had spoofed our vendor's email and given the company bank account info from an off-shore account. I happened to catch it, and that kind of thing happens in big companies all the time, so it's not unusual to think they probably just paid their vendor Michael Cohen, without knowing what the specific charge was for because they were just used to paying him when he billed them.

You don't know what you're talking about. The prosecution called 👉20 witnesses👈, including many Trump Organization and former White House employees. That the business records were falsified is nigh indisputable. You have no reason to claim the jury is biased either. You are pulling a Trump, priming each other with lies about a corrupt system (elections, justice...) to later scapegoat, attack common enemies, and -- ALWAYS -- refuse to take responsibility for shortcomings.

Trump's lawyer was impressive the first day he cross-examined Michael Cohen. He waa not impressive during the next three days of cross-examining him. His set-up about the security guard and the 14-year-old blew up in his face. He caught Cohen off guard at first because the call was made >6 years ago. Cohen called the bodyguard TO SPEAK TO Trump (bodyguard handed Trump his phone), which, coincidentally, was documented with an ESPN image and time stamp that Trump's attorney vehemently protested being introduced into evidence. Sure, Cohen admitted to being a liar and grifter. That's why fellow liar and one-man crime spree Trump hired him. This video's host doesn't grasp this, but surely the jury does.
