Hi, I'm a former naval officer and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. I have a degree in control systems engineering and I worked in electronics warfare and nuclear engineering as a Surface Warfare Officer. I do outreach for the thousands and thousands of ordinary people who are targeted with this weapons system. This technology is not a mystery and these weapons have been used in discrediting and harassment schemes for decades. The only reason the public doesn't know the details of this story is because corrupt members of the political parties have provided cover to private intelligence firms that use this tech in contract stalking and discrediting schemes. FBI Boston indicted several former eBay executives and employees last year who had targeted a Natick, Ma couple who sometimes criticized eBay in their online newsletter. The press conference announcing that indictment is up on RU-vid. The methods used by the eBay executives are very similar to what the targeted community is subjected to. Of the thousands and thousands of ordinary Americans who have been targeted with these weapons, there are perhaps hundreds of cases that could yield a conspiracy, stalking, and cyberstalking indictment like that eBay case did. Through those investigations, the full details of the weapons will be revealed. This is happening to me in KY. My family and I have been tortured by sound and energy weapons for 19 long months. My stalker is using what I suspect is law enforcement weapons (possibly silent guardian and LRAD) and other resources to terrorize me. They are powerful. But, I don’t know if they are crowd control weapons or homemade. There are so many videos online to make your own. He is a former retired inner city police homocide detective. He was arrested outside my home when I called 911 to report a prowler that my neighbors saw at 11pm. He attacked police and his case dismissed. I have reported to every local, state and federal authority. I have found no one will investigate or do anything. It’s a blank stare. There is no one to call for a detection service. If you are trying to hold someone accountable, you need a professional/expert to take these readings with a spectrum analyzer to capture location and frequencies. Out of sheer desperation, because I couldn’t get an RF interference hunter or sound engineer to do residential testing, I bought a class one sound meter and took reports to police showing high levels of infrasound and ultrasonic sound which is unusual because we live in a quiet rural area. I also purchased a tri-level meter showing high or pulsed EMF annd RF with electric off and took those reports too. They didn’t even look at them. I got my son out of town to save him and my husband is gone 6 days out of the week for work. We volunteer in our community, have no arrest record, we are not drug, alcohol or prescription drug users, we do not have a history of mental illness, we are not activist, we do not work for the government, we don’t have or try to make enemies and we have a long and stable work history. We have worked very hard to buy and own a home. I’m covered in bruises from head to toe from this man’s abuse. I’m like a battered woman now. This man comes to wherever I am most nights to injure me. He hunts me for sport. I’m sleep deprived and I run from him everyday. Hundreds of dollars spent in gas every week, which is literally bankrupting us. He has sent other men after me. It’s like high policing but I’m not a criminal. I’m literally living in my car because this man has taken my home from us. I’m now suffering from hypersensitivity to RF and EMF. My eyesight has greatly declined in my left eye from being struck. My sides ache and are visibly swollen. He shoots at my head, knees, hips and feet. I can barely walk. He’s degraded my quality of life to nothing, I don’t even go on walks anymore, use the computer, watch tv or listen to the radio. I’m in constant PAIN. Anywhere I go, I’m in major pain, there is RF everywhere. I’m a prisoner. I was a healthy woman when I moved here and now my life, health and home have literally been stolen from me. I did nothing to this man.I had the misfortune of crossing this man’s path and he took an interest in me. He just decided he wanted to toy with me. I’ve just about given up to think there is no hope. Wear Faraday shielding around your head/torso and using it to line the walls and ceiling, including the flooring if above ground floor. If you don't have Faraday shielding, then use tinfoil sheeting that you can get at Walmart for a couple of bucks. Aluminum blocks microwaves. I have a hard time believing that within DARPA we do not know exactly what this "wave" offensive weapon is. The use of it somewhere such as Cuba fits within the profile of The Soviets experimenting to which they apparently liked the results and rolled it out a bit wider to use on their own turf. I'm sure they are refining it so it can be more stealthy , deadly, and, probably, more portable. These are the people who use clunky methods of killing like hand delivery of plutonium in a former KGB officer's tea as opposed to simply shooting him in the head. That they got away with it in Cuba likely emboldened them to push ahead with it as we see here. They probably used a dispersed array since highly directional waves can be back-tracked fairly easily not unlike sniffing a cell phone's signal. By switching the transmission in rapid bursts irregularly they likely felt quite hidden. Even satellite delivery isn't out of the question as part of a "mixed" array. Way before the very first attacks I was posting publicly that I was being struck with these weapons. I was in the hospital and I showed a brain injury. It is horrific pain and you are helpless when it happens. I have been hit so hard that I went blind temporarily, had nose bleeds, and had a seizure. I reported to the FBI but nothing stopped the attacks. I paid to have it investigated professionally and I had 11 radio signals on my body including my brain. I was vibrant and beautiful and had a career but they kept striking me hard with these weapons over and over. With time my life is in shambles but still no one cares. They are saying they care but they only care about government officials. I am not being offered care or help even though I wrote a victim's statement. I am still being attacked by these weapons but they are more cautious. These signals can be traced so they have to know who the criminals are using these weapons. These weapons can be bought in hand held sizes and you all need to think about that. Speak up for the victims because this isn't safe for anyone. I am just a regular person so this can happen to anyone they want to target.
