Having grown up across 56th Ave from this all my life, all I can say is that it all makes a lot of sense now. About why primarily minority groups have always been steered towards Montbello, which coincidentally began development in 1966. The land is toxic as hell. Well alrighty, that sums it up. Got it now. Thanks for the upload.
They are still building half a million dollar town homes there, remove the fencing and give them permission to build they will put up shops and more condos on that contaminated land of where that factory once stood, and people will still take out half a million dollars to live there.
There are now neighborhoods right next to the arsenal like you can throw a rock and it will land in the arsenal. You have to have something wrong with you to know that is right next to you and then buy a house right there lol
I surprised I don’t have a third eye living between rocky flats and Rocky Mountain arsenal. Why in Colorado? They should’ve dedicated Nebraska or some wasteland in a New Mexico desert for this shit!
