Il me manquait juste 39M€ pour l'acheter... Cette villa surpasse tout ce que l'on peut trouver ailleurs dans le monde par sa position, sa vue et surtout, cet endroit mythique qu'elle surplombe. Tu peux acheter tout ce que tu veux à Hollywood ou à Dubaï, ça ne peut en aucun cas rivaliser avec un tel bien. Il y a une atmosphère qui émane de cette maison et ça, aucun architecte ne pourra le transposer ailleurs.

A fine old house that is beautifully proportioned, has original details and extraordinary views. It might not seem so forlorn if the images were accompanied by peppier music. The access road appears to be one way and seems to only originate in Monaco--a very long and uninterupted block.

Until then maybe Monaco will be filled only with ugly high-rise blocks and you would not want to live there... Yes ,these classical villas are so heavenly-looking ,but the high-rise blocks are so off-putting sight ...

@@Fizzare I know .I just say that high-rise blocks and sky-scrapers mar the prettiness of the french mediterranean shore. The vullas and low-rise builsings are so lovely and befitting the French riviera.

@@bitterly_sorrying And I agree with you, unfortunately Albert II and the other authorities of Monaco have not been very concerned with the historical weight of their architecture, They are destroying beautiful old houses in favor of these glass boxes, Villas that are over 100 years old, how sad.

@@Fizzare Thank you heartily for your understanding! It happens so that I feel almost aches in my body when I see sky-scrapers or other overly high-rise residential blocks. I cannot stand the sight of these kind of so ugly ,so threateningly-looking buildings! I love the sight of the classical villas ,with their wonderful shapes ,the gardens filled with lofty trees! And the whole prettiness of Europe stems from them! It fills me with great sorrow that the european architects and town-planners are not aware of it !!!

The villa is truly gorgeous ,but the high-rise blocks are so eerie ,ugly ,off-putting sight and should not be built in Monte Carlo ,for they mar its overall townscape !!!
