Hindi po precise sabihin na ang mga nag resign na USec sa DND did so because they are co terminous. Rather those who submitted resignations are either appointed by PBBM or in a holdover capacity under Memerandum Circular 2022-12. Kung hindi sila covered ng MC 12, no need for resignation kasi tapos na term nila.
