This is a 7 inch TFT screen (RA8875 display controller) with Capacitive touch screen controller (GT911) made by Waveshare which is interfaced with STM32F407 discovery kit with LQFP100 package using high speed FSMC.
This is very Colorful GUI based Bare Metal programming in Embedded C for CO2 gas Insufflator for medical applications. This has been developed without any expensive RTOS. All parameters can be controlled & updated very tightly on bare metal.
Here in this case, CLASS B functional safety (MISRA C:2023) guidelines have been followed, This code has been compiled with a professional grade c cross compiler for regulatory approvals.
This GUI is designed to show the following parameters:
1. Pressure in cavity in mmHg.
2. Volume of CO2 gas in Liters per min.
3. Volume of CO2 gas already used in current surgery.
4. It is capable to increase & decrease the pressure required in surgery.
5. It is capable to increase & decrease the flow rate of CO2 required in surgery.
6. It is capable to switch in three mode: TROCAR,VERESS,PAEDIATRIC of surgery.
7. It shows the level of CO2 gas available in cylinder or GAS pipe line.
UNIQUE FEATURES:
1.WATER FALL TYPE COLORFUL BUTTONS.
2.EACH COLORFUL CAPTION IS A BUTTON WHICH WHEN GET TOUCH, IT GETS HIGHLIGHTED IN INVERTED COLOR,THIS SHOWS THAT FUNCTION REQUIRED TO DONE BY MACHINE IS ACTIVATED.
