I bought the coach chaise crossbody in the color block pebbled leather for full price $250. My back zipper is the same way, the leather surrounding it gets in the way. I love the bag though, so like you said I just put things in there that I don’t need on a daily basis or simply keep it empty. It’s never been my “main” bag, so the zipper has never been an issue for me. For $90 I’d keep it ❤️ it’s a great little bag.
I ended up returning it and getting a Michael Kors tote instead, but I am still on the fence about whether I shouldve kept it! I'm glad you like yours! 😄
I love that bag! I have looked at it so many times. I love the Coach Signature in the Charcoal/Midnight Navy. The Oxblood lining looks great against that bag. You got a great deal! I think it is a gorgeous bag. I love it. Making the decision to keep it is up to you. Coach guarantees their products. If you buy it in Macy's they will repair but not replace. I would buy it and call Coach Customer Service and tell them about the zipper. Thank you for sharing 💙
Lots of $100 purses at Kohl's... Which led me to Macy's. I think the Last Act was a steal! I am not crazy about coated canvas, but I fell in love with the fruit print. With much debate, I decided on the Taylor Tote. I'm not really a big bag person, I wish I would have gotten this size. My front zipper was like that too! I kept opening it back and forth over and over and that really seemed to help. I bet if you kept it, you could still re-sell it for $90!

Lots of amazing deals right now while it's still new! Be careful with white coated canvas though. I got a key case from coach in the white canvas, and it's yellowing at the edges.
My honest opinion is that is not worth $100 not for coated canvas. It is a beautiful bag but I wouldn’t pay that much for that. I think you should return it and find something else.
