I remember the days when a department store in my area Lord & Taylor carried Furla, Perlina, Etienne and Agner purses, as well as other major brands. It was the best for handbags and you got the dust bag, tissue paper, a box and a gorgeous shopping bag with roes printed on the white background. Those were the days, I miss them.
Yes! We had a beautiful store called Fredrick & Nelson that did lovely packaging, I was so sad when they closed. I still have one of the holiday bears they released back in the 80’s. 🤩

I know what you mean. I used to go to the outlet and ask them if there are new boutique items in. Not anymore. I think we’d have to travel to New York or California outlets to get the “good” stuff.
That bums me out I mean I’d be ok knowing it was only one of the outlets in the area but it used to be so much nicer. I guess they have to do what is good for business.
I loved how Princess Diana just casually carried her Toiletry pouch 26 under her arm like a clutch . We don’t get all these outlet pieces in the UK but I love to see what’s available in US. BTW packaging is a complete waste of money and bad for the environment imo.
