Thanks Julia to defend your country with proudness, everywhere has something to be ashamed of, and we only heard about noisy people wich are not the majority, and wich are not talking for a crowd ! I went to Varna last month, i spent a wonderful time there, Bulgarian people that i met (boys and girls) are nice, polite and we never had any kind of problem during our night life, not a single one !
Ivaylo Petev won the championship in 2012 and 2013, Bulgaria, and then came to Levski Sofia failed to help his beloved club, the club where he started his football career, he experiences such a shame.
Taxi driver's mentality is well known everywhere but I don't dare to talk about all of them. What I saw all over the world is that nothing is so perfect as it looks like! Your coworker is pity because no matter what is the situation in your native country you should be always proud of your traditions and remember your origin. As soon as you personally see Bulgaria You would have the right to comment!
Levski fans can be ashamed of themselves, I don't care if he supports a rival team or not, This is disrespectful & threatning to the coach, All Levski supporters should be ashamed of themselves & I really hope this club gets put down.
It's a shame for bulgarian football to be supported by fans like these in the video above ,i my self came across accidents like this in greek fields quite some times but i can say this occasion is something else. All balcans should consider kicking the trash out of the fields so we can enjoy a better football quality in our leagues. A Greek football supporter.
Македонци сме, силни сме! Горди сме, патриоти сме! Ние не протестираме шото сичко при нас си е готино и обичаме правителство! МАКЕДОНИЯ - Булгурия 2:0! We are the greatest, munji munji munji ga! Hey Scandinavians, come to the Balkans, we really admire you, you are the best and can help us develop!
I don't know him personally, but i don't think he is a bad person at all, he did not deserve such a barbarian attitude. I am a fan of the rival club CSKA Sofia, but watching this made me feel sorry for this man.
Well it's clear people will judge Bulgaria from this single event, so if there are any Bulgarians here it's your duty to put pressure on the police so they take action against those "fans" - that way you will show that it's a singular case not a generality in Bulgaria. It's the same thing with us Romanians who fight our idiotic government against the mass killing of stray dogs
my coworker is bulgarian and he says he never wants to go back and wants to drop his nacionality, so maybe you are just an elite in your country and have no ideia what is happening in your own country!!! truck drivers can't stop in bulgaria beacuse they will get mugged, my friend was a taxi driver and had to leave the country or be obliged to work with the mafia. A undercover reporter bought a nuclear weapon in the black market you know where? bulgaria, the place you can buy anything
Here is some information: first, the substitution is in really bad time, just before the Eternal Derby with CSKA. Second the previous coach was the first to be accepted by the audience in 5 years! Third everyone who understands football knows that his assistant is the reason for Ludogorets' success when he was "managing" them! Last, but not least, in an interview in the most selled newspaper in our country he clearly said that since a child he supports... CSKA! So do some reading before judging.
Why did not people help him? The troublemakers were way outnumbered by the rest in that room. "The fear of man bringeth a snare, but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe"
Last year Petev became champion with Ludogorets in the last match and Levski lost it after draw with Slavia 1-1 on their full stadium. They hate him because he said that like their enemy CSKA Sofia. This Levski fans said that don't want a fan of their enemy on ther 100-th year. However he is still their coach.
I did not say that. We also have many hooligans. I'm just saying it's shocking that this has happened right under camera, in public conference. No bodyguards? Where is this press conference taking place anyway?
1.In the match between Ludogorets and Dinamo Zagreb in Sofia.Levski fans bought tickets for BBB(Bad Blue Boys Dinamo Zagreb ultras)agains bulgarian Ludogorets because they hate them for last championship title.BBB were in Sofia and they were ready to attack Razgrad fans.Razgrad is small city with around 25 000 fans population. But CSKA Sofia with some Partizan and Crvena Zvezda ulstras stoped them. 5.Levski fans don't respect any club if he is not from Sofia. They called this teams provincials.
I take offence at the attempt to put these infamous "ultras" and regular Bulgarians, the majority of whom aren't fans of the club, under the same line. I agree with you that these... objects should've never been allowed to enter the presentation. They should've been hauled to the nearest police station and never been allowed to step close to the stadium - the way English firms are dealt with. It's a disgrace to the club, but maybe it will finally make the club owner distance the club from them.
What I am trying to say is that there are people and people and nobody has the right to say that bulgarian people are second hand because some of the already mentioned problems are typical for many countries!
He never played for Levski, he is a fan of the enemy (cska), and it's not even about him. Plus, he was kindly asked a few times to remove the blue shirt he has no right to wear.
Actually we don't allow this. Your owner is so corrupt and should be in prison. Dinamo Zagreb has a profit of 200 millions per 10 years and all of that to Zdravko Mamic. Almost all balcan club owners are for hanging. Things have to be extreme so they can leave the club. If this is the price, so be it.
Actually, we were there to teach the owner(s) of the club a lesson, once for all. Get your facts straight and don't comment on issues you are not familiar with.
Spare me the BS. He's a coach who has come to manage the team. So what if he was a fan of CSKA when he was little? Hell, man, Mourinho used to shout "Visca Barca" and was assistant coach of Robson, and he spent three years at Real trying to destroy Barcelona. Did the "Vikings" of Madrid try to strip him when he was presented? Don't be ridiculous.
from portugal and you dont need to tell me everything that is wrong with my country cause we will just agree. by the way have you been to the protests happening there?
This is what you get when you try to force modern football onto people, people don't want fancy names as coaches with a huge salary that doesnt even care about the club. Against modern football
Tell me what kind of a person deserves this kind of treatment? He was humiliated...look at his eyes and you'll get the point...this is actually a form of psychological abuse...but tell me if he is a bad person and I wouldn't care...well... is he?
The whole system in Bulgaria is an everyday sign of corruption, crime and violence. Why when we, the people, take matters in our own hands we are suddenly the criminals? And what was the crime here? Loving your club?
honestly, i don't think these guys have good reasons to do that, they didn't use any violence in their act, CLUBS live because of their supporters ! So if this guy is fan of their opponent team ... that's a good thing to do.
not to mention - judging a whole nation by a handful of football hooligans is pure LOLZ. football hooligans are the same everywhere. this could happen anywhere in eastern europe or south america. zvezda fans stripped their entire team few weeks ago, aek fans practically relegated their team to 2nd division, brazilian fans have attacked team presidents with guns, turks stab each other on every fener - gala derby. football hooligans are what they are, here, there and all accross the globe.
I consider You are lost, with all my respect! If you come here You'd be surprised seeing beautiful young and well educated people apart from few drugged hooligans that you can see all over the world. I have visited a lot of countries and should tell you- NOWHERE you can see so many markable places, friendly and hospitable people and excellent resorts. Due to corruption- its a world problem. I am proud to be Bulgarian! And you pls stop commenting without a real idea about the things!
it's hilarious how ppl comment but have no clue. Petev is a CSKA FAN, he has no place in Levski. Funny that most negative comments come from romanians and greeks ;) Imagine someone saying he loves Steaua, then being hired in Dinamo? LOL Balkan ppl, greeks, romanians, serbs - we live in the same misery, stop insulting, we are all broke and have similar everyday life probs. Get real and stop being hypocritical. What happened is shameful, but a logical result of poor management for years.
I haven't been to the protests. I am not going to give a mark for your country because I am nobody to do it... I was just curious... As soon as I visit your country I would be able to comment it. Bulgaria is not only what you see on the news or what some people who used to complain instead to act and change their reality...
Wow, you are answering your own question and don't even notice it. But even if we assume that the whole system in Bulgaria, how does that justify anything seen in the Video? What would have happened if the didn't take off the shirt? How does his statement of liking another club justify these threats? Does loving your club include hating and hurting others? Your mindset disgusts me.
you should use all of your energy making your country better and not ranting on people for telling the truth. stop taking things so personaly and accept the deserved criticism, i am not trying to put your country down, just pointing out that it is a bit on the low and fucked up
Може да се каже,че каквото си послал,на това ще легнеш!Естествено не трябва да подкрепяме такива прояви!А колкото до всичи чужденци които плюят по България без да знаят защо се е случило и т.н.,могат да ходят да се плякат някъде!
