I've wrestled and coached my whole life and never once trained or taught a cradle going for the inside leg and not the post. Nor have I seen it done on purpose. It makes no sense. The post leg is available and there are countless videos showing it done this, the only logical, way. No offense.
That won't work on a cradler. If the cradler rolls forward when he begins to sit out he will have no trouble stepping on top for pin. If a cradler is caught on his back with a near side cradle locked ,it is easy to hit a high bridge throw the man over your head and walk on top for pin. Some of the stuff shown will get you pinned against a craddler.
im in high school, in my junior year, im not trying to offend you but i dont find this useful because we are trained to go for the inside leg. and so are the other schools around us
