Hi Karolina, thank you for doing these types of videos as they are so very helpful! I now know that the Lana 23 is the better of the two sizes for me. I cannot wait to purchase one! And also thank you for sharing the handbag heels with us! I had gone to my local shoemaker last year to see if he could do this, but unfortunately he could not. And yes I think it’s amazing that Alyssa created this for us this way we can have feet on our bags even if they don’t normally come with them! Ordered the larger one in Ivory. I live in the l midwest and we get more use out of the larger bags due to all the different seasons. And I have a 6 year old.❤

Hey girl, great video! If you don’t mind my asking, how tall are you? I’m leaning towards the bigger bag but I’m very short so I’m afraid it’ll look too big and bulky when I carry it

Hi! I’m 5’4” and I personally do not feel the bigger size it too big! I was afraid of that too when I was getting it that it may be too big but I don’t find it being overwhelming on my body at all! Tfw! ❤️

The Lana 23 is an excellent bag for everyday however I did noticed that after only using the bag twice since I bought it back in April, there are pop stitching on both the handles which I’m very annoyed with. But since it’s under warranty still I will have to take it in to be repaired. I wonder if anyone else is seeing quality issues as well or if it’s just a one off for me

Hi thank you for this review. I have been thinking about getting Lana 23 but I have heard the leather starts to peel off from the handles. Did you notice that? And also do you think it’s a safe bag as it doesn’t have zipper?

Thank you for watching! I personally have not had any peeling issues with any of my 4 Lana’s. They have been holding up really well and I do tend to overstuff my bags. I also don’t worry too much about the security of the 23 because anything that I need secure I put in the middle compartment and the rest of my items in the two outside compartments are in very snug so it wouldn’t be easy for someone to take anything out of my bag. As far as the Shoulder Lana since it’s usually carried on my shoulder I don’t find it would be easy for someone to put their hand in my bag due to the way the straps are made and the shape of the opening. I hope that helps! ❤️

Love my Lana shoulder bag in ivory. Very functional and especially I can use it for work and for carrying kid related stuff as a mom. The pockets are great and the feet are good.

I luckily haven’t had any peeling issues with any of my Lana’s! However I did see on the Coach gone rogue Facebook group that someone has peeling issues with their soft purple Lana 23!

Thank you for watching! ❤️ I just saw your video on both! The dark stone is beautiful! I think my favorite out of the two sizes is the 23. I think it’s just the perfect everyday bag! Although I do appreciate having the shoulder Lana too for days when I need to carry my laptop or extra things but I don’t think I would purchase another shoulder Lana, I think one in that size is more than enough! Which do you prefer?
