I never realized how Home Movies actually effected me as a kid. Last night as we were all lined up, waiting to leave work for the night, someone asked me if I was excited to go home and I was like, "Yeah, I can't wait to go home and cry alone, in the shower in the dark."

youtube always recommends me Home Movies around the end/beginning of the year. no idea why but it feels right.

I keep seeing this show come up in my recommended along with many other people. Since I don't have anything else to do, I'm gonna watch this entire series from start to finish for the new year.

Lmao Home Movies never ceases to make me laugh.

The writing for this show was incredible

*Back in the 90's* *friend of mine* : Hey did you stay up late to see space ghost coast to coast? *Me* : Yeah but then this strange show came up, they all look like doodles and talk a lot. *Friend of mine* : Sounds boring. Does it look good at least? *Me* : No. But it's oddly satisfying. I can't stop watching it. *Friend of mine* : What's it called. *Me* : Home movies. For some reason they saw it and told me it was awful; but then I hear them talking about it a week later as if they saw it (pretending I wasn't even someone they knew), jokes on him though; season 2 came out and he didn't see it before me. So I threw out some fake spoilers and he never messed with me again :3

One of the few shows where I looked past the art work and still loved the content.
