We have to behind AP on this one. Josh McDumbass set our team back. It's foolish for anyone to think we would be contenders right away. Trust the process, Telesco drafted the right position groups and AP has put together a good coaching staff minus Getsy. Honestly I bet you 2026 is our superbowl year no doubt!

I gotta stand by AP. We all fought for him to be the head coach, and we gotta stick by this decision to give him a chance. Yes we can be critical, but we gotta give the rookie head coach a shot and time. The revolving door of coaching staff isnt going to help the franchise. It's obvious the weakest part is the o line and play calling. We got the weapons and talent, but it's all about execution. Those first two drives were what Raider football should be, but after the interception, it was abandoned for some reason. The defense is the best we've had in years, but these guys are gassed by halftime because the offense can't capitalize on drives. Everyone knows the priority this draft is a franchise QB, building a solid if not average o line, and possibly look at another direction at OC. I was born into Raider nation and will stick through it despite all the lows. Taking the family to the Jags game, so hopefully we'll have some cohesion by then🤞Love Raider Nation!

Before the season started I had the raiders at 3-2 after 5 games but the 3 wins were chargers, panthers and broncos. WTF!!!

It happens. We just need a QB and to keep consistent on offense. Also not have so many penalties because that pick 6 and penalties killed us.

Minshew just isn’t good and luke getsy is horrific. Either the play call is terrible like running it up the middle to waste a down. Or the play call is good but minsshew makes a terrible Reid/throw. He gets happy feet and instead of pushing it downfield eats a sack. Sure we have other issues like the line. But scheme and QB is really holding us down. Realistically if we don’t tank we’re getting between 8-9 wins. We need a QB and we need to fire getsy

Please it time to move on from Bucket. He made mistakes in the preseason games that he could not answer for. Now he stands there and can't say that Aiden is the Quarterback. Mischew is not a good quarterback but he can't admit his mistakes. It the same thing with Adams, Adams wanted to play with Aiden O'C but Mr. Bucket will not let go his pride.

Some fans believe that we need a QB or WR , the truth is the game starts at the line. They brought in a new OC and line coach, and our blocking scheme sucks. Now instead or running a couple inside rushing game and working off the play action, we are a shotgun team with an outside running game. If the Raiders don’t get the Ol together it won’t matter who’s behind them.

If you look around the league at the successful teams they all have franchise leading QBs and I say about 5 of them could be shifting in a new direction in the coming years but aside from those ,each franchise has dedicated their resources in a QB and the pieces around the QB. We been at stand still for decades and you got other teams whether they sometimes come out successful and other times not at least they’ve made the effort to change their outcomes. Again we been at a stand still for idk how long now and we just watching the entire league blow us by. As long as Mark Davis keeps hiring crummy HC's and GM's, the Raiders will be a sub .500 team. Let's take a look at his track record for the last decade plus: consistent losing records with zero playoff wins, one of the worst drafting and trading teams, and turn over in both the HC and GM job every couple of years. The best thing Raiders fans can hope for is that Mark and his mother (who owns most of the team shares) get out of the football business. The good news for Mark, is that the Raiders have high ticket prices, lots of fans of the opposing team in the stands and the team is making a lot of money for it's owners.

Man everybody is quick to turn on coach. It took Dan Campbell 3yrs to get the lions from a 3-13 team to the playoffs.
