Love this guy man. Coach Prime has set some tremendous standards, and Coach Lewis has continued to impress me with his commitment to excellence every time I see him on here We're so lucky to have another 5 months to work the combinations and turn this thing into a powerhouse. I hope he goes as far as he wishes to go and achieves everything he sets out to achieve for himself and for the Colorado Buffs - he is definitely alongside the right Leader in Coach Prime!
Uncle Neely love your work. Mississippi State fan, followed Jackson State from a distance until you and Coach Prime got me hooked, y'all even got me wanted to come to Colorado. Now the question I have for ya, is where did you and Travis head off to back in January? I still stuck in the teaser.
I spoke with a football player from Kent State University coach Lewis former school. He mentioned the coaching passion from coach lewis and the getting better method.
I appreciate Coach Neely's behind the scenes look at CU football. Coach Neely is an excellent interviewer. I am looking forward to his work during the upcoming season.
The haters are coming out the woods , the sewer and the cracks. They coming!!!! You will be the most targeted team in CF. This team will be the talk of all the bulletin boards in the Pac 12. Your enemies stand as one to bring you down. I hope y’all ready cause the expectations are real!! All the celebrates in the world wont win this game for you. You better be ready. Am ready to see the story began. This is going to be a good year for College football.
@@mikebrown3992 2 is also a beast. He was also recruited heavily out of high school as a Five star. He has lead two of Coach prime’s undefeated teams the past two seasons and is currently projected to be a Hesisman this year. He’s a different kind of beast who has been getting better at each stage he’s gone through and he’s worked out with the greats already. Because Prime is his father he’s been able to learn from the best to do it on the field. I wouldn’t be worried that he’s not stacking Legos up fast enough. This kids got drive and would have also won that championship game if his player didn’t drop that ball. All to blame however it’s a team loss. My main point is don’t underestimate your starting Qb. If Coach Prime says he’s good he’s telling the truth. Think about it? Coach prime has played against the best Qbs in NFL HISTORY! He’s knows what they should look like. Lolol. Don’t get me wrong I believe Coach definitely favors his son as a father should. It’s gonna be more of an interesting scenario as to if he’s able to make the change if SHEDUR has bad games in this first year of play in the PAC. Boyle gets that O-line up and stable that will make a world of a difference. Sean Lewis has to give Shedur the best plays to his qualities. I hear they have a great chemistry already from what I hear. This team has its challenges even within the Buffs. There are extremely high expectations so it’s gonna interesting for sure. I Believe Coach prime has worked with most of his coaches except for Sean and Bill O Boyle. I think if it all works out Sean and Bill will get an NFL look. Bill has already said he goes where ever Sean Lewis goes. And I think Sean is definitely gonna take the offer.
@@mikebrown3992 don’t get it twisted, Shedeur is a very hard and diligent worker. He is already a leader on the team organizing extra workouts for his offense. Coach Kelly said he stood out in these early practices. His accuracy is his calling card. Ryan Will be the backup, he’ll learn a lot from Shedeur. Stay tuned.
Who GAF if he sits up in the meeting? He's a good quarterback. You're salty because it's a Black guy who has been given the lead and think he's "taking his job." You all don't question the fitness and football IQ of mediocre quarterbacks like this. Move around hater.
These videos is exposing the players weaknesses. #2 weakness isn't physical. His body language and how he addresses the coach isn't good for a team. Staub is going to command the offense and #2 will crumble from the overwhelming mental pressure.
@@VarianBrandon247 This is how it all starts. Lol Coach Prime Introduced Shedur as their Qb. This kid has been a winner all his life. He was a 5 star recruit and had many offers. He has been great so far from little league, high school to SWAC and and now PAC where’s he’s gonna do great things. He has lead two of Coach primes teams to undefeated seasons and he’s one touchdown drop away from having won that BOWL game. Shedur has been working with the best and learning from the best his whole early career so far. People shouldn’t be so worried if he can put together a Lego stack in record time. 😂 He’s a relaxed guy but he works hard and has a go get it attitude. The videos have showed me that. I know for a fact that Coach Prime wants Sean Lewis to give his Son the best chance to Shine in that offense. We would all be fools to think otherwise. I believe Sean came to do that and to work his way up to an NFL team with Bill O Boyle who kinda already said he goes wherever Sean Lewis goes. Enjoy this while we can because if they start winning we gonna see a whole new coach tree leading to the NFL and we already seen one of Coach primes staff go to the pros already with the Minnesota Vikings.
@Mike Brown Even if that was the case which I disagree with, Shedeur is a head of him. Shedeur Accuracy is better, his understanding of defenses and coverages is better, his mobility is better. That is no disrespect to Ryan Staub who I believe has a lot of potential. A lot of times we rush to conclusions. Shedeur has been organizing sessions with all his skill players since he got to CU. I think Shedeur will prove a lot of people wrong.
I'm liking Coach Sean. He has a military stance and demeanor about him that I like. You can tell that he loves this game, takes coaching/teaching/learning seriously and demands the best out of his players. I believe that he's definitely an asset to this offense, the team and is going to be quite beneficial.
The Coaches are all very Interesting and they all Speak about Coaching the Student Athletes in their Lives as well this makes the Athletes trust them and this is the Formula that makes the Players perform well in all Aspects of life and Athletics
Prime got a great coaching staff. He attacts the best and that's why he will always be successful because he only surrounds himself with others of the same mentality. I'm a FSU fan but I'd love to see Colorado win it all while he's there atleast once
I see what they doin. But coach Prime still the head coach. Lol. And the only guy to play in a world series and super bowl. How many of ur coordinators done that. Wait? Are u crazy? No one has. Lol. This coach Prime team. Period. 😆
In professional and major college football the test of a great coach is not only who can coach and relate to players, but who can select and lead the other men who fill the various coaching positions that make up successful teams. A great coach and leader wants to identify and recruit as many other great coaches and leaders as he can to succeed. Coach Prime strikes me as a guy who knows his strengths and his weaknesses and who will build a leadership team around him that complements his strengths and helps fill in where there may be weaknesses.
Nah, I get what he meant - vertical as in the second dimension Y axis, not the third dimension Z axis and definitely not the first dimension X axis It's not just clarification if someone doesn't understand - it's also clarification for those whose brains over-specify and have access to more potential solutions at one time than the others
@@willh69 My guy you just attempted to over explain something simple. I'm a civil engineer. Vertical means vertical (Up). Coaches in a lot of sports say "Get Vertical" meaning go up.
@@pendleton123 sure, but then ask yourself - if drawing a vertical and horizontal line on a piece of paper, in which way does your pen 🖊 move when extending that vertical line? Is it to your right, (which would be horizontal) or away from you? Therefore, is it reasonable for someone to interpret building something vertically as building vertically flat on a 2d plane? If you are using 2d flat cards as a reference, then I'd argue YES IT IS, in my opinion a legitimate option that someone who is hyper-aware of possibilities might think. Which is why the clarification was necessary. If you have common sense then if you take a second, vertically means to the sky. But if you're in a rush then I can anticipate that it would be a common inaccuracy that one might make under pressure.
I hope these kids understand the sacrifice that O C coach Lewis made by leaving his job as a head coach coming to CU to help build a winning standard for CU football. Players look around and remember you're surrounded by the best coaching talent in the nation so take full advantage and absorb this training because all they want is to make you the best at your position Go Buffs!
This team needs leaders. Shedeur,Travis,Cam,Tyler,Jeremiah,Jimmy, and other players have to start stepping up and take on leadership roles. Also,I think the former Cu players are a drag on the team. Too many of them stayed on the team. They’re too tame. Coach Prime should put the recruits together and form a team.
Definitely I noticed some old the old team I believe. Truth is they’ll need a few of those bodies and maybe a couple will show up and a few more will drop off
Man, them boys look like a high school team lol I just watched Alabama ‘s spring practice, wow lol I know it’s gonna take PRIME sometime to get recruits though
Yet football generates a huge amount of money. Not 2 mention football (& most sports) teach numerous life skills: teamwork, endurance, critical decision making, etc. DUH.
Football brings money and attention to schools. In fact, here you are, one who thinks football is a waste of money, watching football videos and commenting on RU-vid. See how that works?
They want quarterbacks to be "smart" and half of them don't even know what vertical means. Scholarship sports are a joke. Kids who are smart enough to actually be there without sports should be the only ones allowed to play. It's pathetic and embarrassing.
In their defense, vertical could have also been in 2D, laying flat on the table. I think it was the vertical 3D part they weren’t initially thinking about because they were thinking of it like a jigsaw puzzle.
Stop 🛑 saying the time is now,he use that same saying in the Jackson State national championship speech before the game and we know what happened in the championship game.
