I Love this review. I have this bag. It’s been close to 1 year and I still have not worn it for all the reasons you mentioned. She is beautiful but too stricture for my daily use. I feel this bag will suit best during the evening.

I love chalk colored bags from Coach 😍🤍 I had my eyes on the Coach Pillow Madison in the color wine at Macy’s but decided not to get it because of the chain strap. I’ve heard some other ladies mention that the chain is somewhat uncomfortable too. Great review, Dani!

I love the color and the style. Great dupe for a Chanel flap for sure. Beside the high maintenance color, the leather is too delicate for me. Sad to see it go but I think you made the right decision!

Tbh, I think they would have said it was negligible damage. I recall being a little surprised that this bag was considered “very good” condition. I thought it was more “good” condition. But it was probably one of my earliest purchases and i was unfamiliar. I have come to realise that as long as the structure of the bag is intact, and there’s surface wear and tear, VC considers it “very good” condition.😏
