What makes Daryl's part towards the end fire is he did a higher key change while belting a run. That is so freakin' creative and he did it with full voice.
I think this is the first time of erik santos to collaborate with these superb rnb artists because he is a balladeer. 😉

think they did this song before but was live. and Jay R and Erik have collaborated before on some ASAP sessions . they're good friends because of Angeline Quinto who's also good friends with Kyla 😁 . everything connects
No one can do that perfect harmonized quartet. These 4 is superb exclusive. It was just a bonding of a four friends, met accidentally then discussing to record a song from an old nostalgic original filipino music. What the fact.. 😌
Bravo. Wonderful & great harmonies. Great Filipino Talents. Hope their voices could be heard worldwide, Thanks for the brilliant & articulate analysis. From a Filipino fan of them all in Manila.
Thanks for the great reaction and analysis! I really admire JayR and Daryl’s talents!! Your reaction on the “good competition” between the 2 was on point haha!
This song was released in the nineties.. I was still a kid and I love it! I stop everything whatever Im doing everytime they played this on the radio. It was sung by the Neocolours Band.
@12:00 Jay R has been in the industry way before daryl ong came.. so, he can hit high notes, not that he copied it from daryl or was influenced by him..it is his style of singing even before. Overall, perfect harmony! no competition, just pure talent 😁
As always Rached, i super enjoy your reaction. Your analysis always makes me more appreciative to the talent and efforts of the artists. Thank you so much my fave vocal coach reactor!
Thanks Rached, you're amazing as always! I really love the way you react and analyze! You're so generous in giving praise, you never fail to highlight the extra effort exerted by the artists, such a humble person you are. High respect to you coach. Keep it up.
Eric kept himself low in this version coz if he did blast his power vocal he would blow those other three off the roof! Hahaha He’s a power balladeer of the Philippines!
Glad to see u enjoying and excitedly watching Filipino artists. 😊 I've been watching your reactions to Filipino singers and it's enjoyable and with the details. Nice! More power to you! :)
This is an Original Pilipino Music (OPM) way back in the late 80s or early 90s by Neocolours (kind of a soft rock Filipino band). That is why the song is not familiar to you. This was a hit back then in the Philippines and Erik Santos did a cover of this song a few years back.
That's a shallow reason, credits should be adressed to the right people.
Ikaw kaya magisip-isip bago mag comment 🤦🏻♂️
