The Ruby is gorgeous! I picked one up and it is definitely a heavy bag and a very well made bag. Coach is luxury as far as I am concerned because they are impeccably made. Love glove tanned leather. You always do great reviews! Thanks for sharing!

The Ruby is gorgeous 😍😍 but I agree, it is a heavy bag when I tried it on a few months ago at the boutique. The LV Speedy 25 is so lightweight and I love the little sag that it gives when I put my belongings inside. Great comparison, Julie! ❤️
Great comparison. I have the speedy. I do like that coach opening is better. I think I want ruby in leather. Yes the dark colored lining always bothers me. Coach sometimes you see beautiful satin vibrant colors. Great sharing 👍

Thanks Julie this is a wonderful and very helpful review. Since I am considering purchasing the Ruby 25 in black. I just can’t get over how incredibly well-made the Ruby is, it’s just classic coach quality. I get that it may be a little heavy but I think I will really enjoy it anyway and I can’t ignore the quality and I think it looks beautiful. I had a speedyB 30 in monogram and it was beautiful but after some time, I really wished I would have bought the speedy B25 in damier ebene just for the more carefree aspect and the 25 would have been plenty big enough. I love both your bags but ultimately I think I’m Team Ruby. The white one is beautiful but do you worry about it getting dirty or color transfer? That’s why I’m leaning toward the black one which is gorgeous too! Thanks again for your insight you always create great content!
I recently purchased a Rowan which is the same size as the Ruby and I have a Speedy 30. I love them both for different reasons. I do love the slouch of the Speedy, but I also love the structure of the Rowan. Both amazing bags.
Speedy wins for me! I love how light they are, I have a 38 yo Speedy that I added D-rings to and a thick canvas strap in case I need a hands free moment. The Ruby is a bit too structured and heavy for me, but it’s beautiful! Nice comparison video, thank you!

Just bought the Rudy, and I love it. I agree the zipper is tough to open but I will wax it this evening. I also loved the Sofia Coppola bag and this one is made of real leather and is worth the money.

This is such a great comparison Julie!🥰 Both bags are gorgeous...I think because the Coach bag is leather/suede you have less leeway vs the canvas of the Speedy. Nonetheless, they are both beautiful and look incredible on your beautiful self!✨️❤️😍
Great comparison! I have the Ruby 25 in black and it's my absolute favorite bag. I have to make myself move out of it after many weeks just so my other bags get some use. I definitely want the jacquard one next.

Nice bags and comparison!! I like the 1941 collection. Coach should offer their Infinity strap on more bags. It adjusts from short shoulder to crossbody without having to remove a section. I like the LV, but can't justify that price for what it is. Maybe some day I will change my mind...it is a nice bag. TFS
@@agentbagreviews I am concerned about the weight with the Ruby, I keep hearing how heavy it is. And I just love the proportions of the Speedy better. I just watched a video about the new cognac leather Speedy 25, and I bet that one is heavy too (and also $3000 lol).

Nice review Julie. Those two bags look nice. Love the Coach bag. Based on you recommendation i am thinking of getting Coach New York wallet and men pouch. Coach seems to be very good luxury brand. Lv is longevity is excellent. Coach makes some nice stuff. I dont know if you jave checked out their men stuff of lately. You are absolutely beautiful and lovely lady blessings.

I saw the Ruby 25 (all black) at the Coach Outlet. It’s beautiful but the weight of it compared to the LV Speedy is a hard pass for me. I could be tempted to maybe use the Ruby as a makeup/toiletries bag 😊.

Right?? Dani, it’s heavy but I can handle the weight of it pretty well! It’s a little bit of a con. As you know nothing compares to LV on weight factor other than Prada Nylon and Longchamp Nylon. As far as access I think both are close, maybe give the edge to the Ruby as far as width! ❤️

I have experienced color transfer not on my Ruby but on a chalk camera bag recently! Hot summer day I wore shorts to a theme park and got denim transfer on a corner. Used the Coach cleaner and it wiped right off with two wipes completely
