I've been a fan of Sydney Carter since playing point guard for Texas A&M. They actually won a national title in 2011, and now she's a coach for the Texas Longhorns women's team. She's just as beautiful now as she was then, and I wish her continued success.

I went to see games at Berkeley the effort they put into the men versus the women events were vast so glad to see the change. Women play hard and compete hard... just as hard as men and deserve recognition. Now if we could get them to treat the Olympic women teams with the same special treatment we'll be doing something! I mean why make the city, state, university, U.S. look good if they're not treating you good?

I’ve never played any sports but I love watching sports especially football. I studied physiotherapy and sports science but I’m majoring in Sports management and I love it. Even though people make me feel weird about it because I’m the girl who walks like a model and dresses like she’s on a run way. As a black girl, Sydney makes me feel like I’m on the right path and I should keep pushing and one day I’ll get there. She’s more than an inspiration ❤️

I love watching women’s college basketball! I’m not sure what it is, that holds my interest maybe it’s the basic fundamentals. I can actually watch the entire tournaments, from the first tipoff. The men’s games college and professional are so boring. These women should start getting paid the same salary as men!
