Great video. This is the kind of channel I need to learn. The MTB bug bit me at 45 yrs old and its been close to 20yrs since the last time I rode. Really helpful, thanks for the channel. 🤙🏻
Just recently discovered the channel while watching one of your other videos. INSTANT subscription. Your content is very no nonsense with plenty of belief and confidence in what you're relaying to the viewer. I gotta ask where you got the helmet mount from? I've often thought about trying one on my Tatic 4 helmet, but placing my gopro on the top of my helmet is a broken device waiting to happen. Cheers.
Thanks so much! I use the Lupholue chin strap mount found on Amazon. It's inexpensive and there are several other brand options that are designed nearly identically. It should fit any helmet and I've never had an issue with it coming loose. Appreciate the support.
Like how this dude casually does these rock features while still learning, but no knee or elbow pads and jeans + helmet buckle not engaged :) Shredder in the making. Nice content, the only thing I noticed (not an expert by any means, just observation) - he is very tensed on his bike while through a chunk, feels like he is attached to bike and not allowing bike to do it's thing. He still have bigger balls than mine! Keep shredding man
Rocky Ridge might be the perfect place to progress your MTB skills. Another great video with lots of helpful tips! Major props to Geno, although I'm not sure he would qualify as a "newer" rider, he def has a lot of skills to be able to handle these advanced features.
Thanks for watching! Always appreciate a good comment. I consider him newer based on the amount of riding he's done, which is not a lot. He rides off stuff and asks for forgiveness later. But yes, I believe he's graduating to intermediate.
Thanks so much! It looked like a thick tangle from the high side. Appreciate your work keeping the trails clear. Folks that dedicate time and effort to keep trails running smoothly do not get enough recognition. You the man.
Hey man great video! I started following you on instagram and love that you started RU-vid! Your channel deserves a lot more attention. I know it’ll grow big because mountain biking is getting bigger on the east coast. Just wondering where this is at? I’m in PA and I know you do a lot of riding in PA and MD, but I’m soon going to be in DC for school. What are the best places to ride around that area? I know Frederick watershed is big.
Hey thanks for coming on over. Appreciate that, and congrats on school! This is in York PA, Rocky Ridge Park. I do ride MD a lot, but I'm not as familiar with the DC area. I know there are a lot of parks with riding options, but I've not experienced them myself. Depending on what type of riding you're after and your willingness to drive, you have a lot of options just to the north in Maryland and then to the south west in Virginia. Maybe if someone familiar with the DC area reads this they can jump in and help out. Thanks for watching!
What does "beginner" mean here? First fee rides, or fiest few seasons? Because based on what im seeing, not just the features but moment to moment stuff, its super hard to belive this is an actual beginner
I think he's owned his mtb for two years....riding it maybe 5-10 rides per year. Whatever that makes him. I don't call this a beginner, I call it a newer rider. Thanks for watching.
