Coaching High School Diving: Safe Diving Basics 

Wish I could find a coach like this guy in our area! We can only do diving in the summer when school is out.

unfortunately we don't even have a pool in our schools in Iran

I wanna go in a swimming club but my school doesn't have one and im scared of hurting myself and scared to try. Idk i probably dont have what it takes. Im scared of heights i dont know...
