This was one of the best interviews with Tracy; I loved her explanation of how she developed her method and her description. Thanks Venus.

Lol. You can see tell that Venus is used to a more structured type of workout. Takes a bit to get used to Tracy. Muscle confusion is good, right? It just proves there's more than 1, effective, way to work out. Love Venus and Tracy...Two VERY classy ladies. Love the,mutual, respect. We, as women, have GOT to embrace this. No time like the present. Just start... This was very cool. Going to be searching for more of these from Venus!
