A little Earthlin boy loads coal down the chimney, and talks into a megaphone, making his voice sound extra deep, like Santa Claus.
“Coal coal coal, naughty children” is supposed to be a humorous parody of the more well known phrase “Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas”, and to reference the fact that Santa is said to give coal to naughty children each year.
