Shots of the commuter trains in the San Diego and Oceanside section of the North County Transit District (NCTD) railroad company, which runs the suburban service San Diego to Oceanside (COASTER) and the Amtrak Surfliner, which connects San Diego with Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Obispo.
The route initially runs in downtown San Diego from the Santa Fe Depot station parallel to the San Diego Trolley Line to La Jolla. From Solana Beach, the route alternates along the coast line and inland and crosses numerous bays and spits.
The recordings were made in March 2023.
