I am a huge Shania's fan and yes there is autotune in this performance. The reason? She got Lyme's disease and her vocal cords were already damaged at this time. Autotune was the way to hide the imperfections in her voice. Today, every singer use autotune. It is not a bad thing. It is just to make the songs sound even better.

The live autotune on this is really crazy! Sometimes it verges on a T-Pain effect. This makes me doubt that Shania ever had a decent singing voice, quite frankly.
