I know someone who got even lighter sentence (55 months) for similar crime in Oklahoma, and he’s not even near as famous as Porter’s. It was one count of vehicular homicide- DWI, and five counts of vehicular assault-DWI .
This man had people writing letters about his character!!!!? MPJ rlly got up there on that stand and said he wished it was him? No wonder this family is a mess they are all privileged and coddled! He should be getting AT LEAST 20 years in prison! How is the victims family okay with him not even getting a decade in prison?!?

If the victim's own family found peace, why are you mad over the sentencing?? It was not an intentional death! And what would it serve to put this man in jail for longer??
He wll be out in 4...no justice here...none whatsoever. Obviously our present punishments of DUI'S are not dettering anyone and never have. Many European Countries addressed this Carnage decades ago, not very many DUI'S and few repeat offenders. Huumm
