Hello! I respect your effort for editing and I recommend for your 3rd mon to be an electric type because it's super effective against Fletchling (or Fletchinder, since Cypher is going to evolve it) . Rock or water type works too (especially water since it's not weak against ground) but they can be weak against Phanturp. Emolga will be the best choice because is also flying so its immune to ground type moves(which your whole team is weak to besides fire) .
