cobra 200gtl for Chase. (NIB original?) not new, but nice. repaired retuned 

It's new looking yes, but after a cb butcher damaged it beyond his ability to repair it, back to the box to be later sold deceptively. Sounds like a typical cb truck stop hack technician job.
