I had a friend who had one of these continuation cars (around the same time this video was made) with the same engine. It was a brutal car with 585 hp and weighing under 2500 lbs. With no traction controls you really had to respect it.

Stephen Ryder They are still very nice and it’s cool to see the different engines people put in them. I met a guy just a few weeks ago that had a dark blue one with the white racing stripe. It had a 427 engine. He said he looked at a real one and the asking price on it was 1.5 million $
I remember having a cobra poster on my wall 35 years ago. I was always infatuated with that car as a kid. I'm starting my own business in another couple months. If I can make this thing really work, I'm going to reward myself with my own Cobra, and it's going to look exactly like THAT one.
