So cool for Macchio to get to play such awesome, new scenes this season. Gotta love all of Daniel's rivals coming together to avenge him after Silver beat him up. This show is so badass.

I like how William is sometimes acting like Johnny in this interview

Johnny had an awesome character development. He just calmly talked and gave advice to larusso when larusso charged at his apartment. But boy johnny was so calm and talking to him as a friend. Like whats bothering you man. Lets drink it out and talk to me. I thought Johnny would react in a bad way and would resort to fighting. But he was so mature on that scene man!

This Season was SO good! honestly shocked me to hear Daniel say "Fuck" found it so funny yet so serious

LOVED this episode and Daniel's utter breakdown! I totally agree, that seeing him at his lowest, it was simply amazing to see. Took us audience through the emotional ringer right alongside Daniel :) Loved it, love the 'whump' and yeah, also loved Johnny being there for his friend too

They've both aged so well. And to give Johnny depth, humanity, and newfound loyalty may very well be the best thing about the show (I mean, it seems to be Zabka's acting is better NOW). (SPOILER ALERT) To see Daniel's foes from all 3 movies team up to help him take out Silver and his Sensei thugs was PRICELESS. In the 80s we HATED these guys, and now we LOVE THEM. And now we're ROOTING for Chozen to go back to Okinawa for Kumiko!) Kreese still absolutely gives me the creeps and he still has his 80s hair!

Such an amazing show. Gets better every season 👏🏽

Next season they need to bring Mike Barnes, Chozen, Johnnyand Daniel working together.

Season 6 is going to be super hard to do, season 5 was awesome and almost the perfect ending, there’s no way a villain is going to be anywhere as good as Terry Silver, Thomas Ian Griffith deserves an Emmy for his performance. However, the show is great and hopefully they smash it again!

I just wish they had a Johnny and Mike barnes 2v4 match up for 2 mins instead of 2 seconds after Johnny was getting beat down. Sure Johnny after getting beat and the picture of his ultrasound baby dropping coulda sparked some fire and allowed him to get a few punches in but he shoudlnt have been able to knock down 4 ppl after that much of a beating without the aid of Mike Barnes.

Cobra Kai is a top 5 show of all time.

When he got the towel or something and said that the pain was about to begin I thought that he was gonna waterboard Daniel. Also thought that he broke Daniel’s hand like Demetri’s hand was broken.

Gene kelly and Fred Astaire on screen classics because dance is a martial arts or martial arts is a dance. Either or for us 80s kids, karate kid was that between these two styles but under the same discipline. That is the teacher. Doesn't matter what stlye you learn you can take and choose from all the styles under one umbrella and then create a Michael Jackson or before that James Brown Mr. funk and soul brother number one. every style is diffrent as ying and yang. They should have had Terry Silver on top and cobra kai destroy miyagi do at the end of season 5. That's the only way to generate interest in this show. Being the exact opposite of any other sitcoms or tv movies by making the bad guys win. Having Daniel Larusso win in the end of season 5 is a big mistake. Now it is very cheesy and formulaic. It used to be an unique show. I don't know how they can redeem the cobra kai arc and show at this point. Maybe Terry Silver's lawyers can say it was Daniel Larusso who assaulted Terry Silver at his cobra kai dojo and Terry Silver's property and get Daniel Larusso arrested. Didn't like the ending of cobra kai season 5. Too cheesy and predictable, and there was no Shawn Payne and no Dennis (William Christopher Ford). They need to make cobra kai's storyline unique instead of it being cheesy and predictable and ultimately average or even worse below average.
