My biggest thing is wishing my uncle was alive to watch this entire series. He was such a big fan of the movies he made me watch all with him. No matter how lame and cringe I thought they were. I only gave this series a try because of him and ended up being a fan. Really wished he could’ve enjoyed this with me.

This was like a karate version of a romantic drama. Get together break up get together break up. By that I am talking about the characters . First they make up , apologize become friends tick each other off then back at each other throats. Johnny and Daniel. Robby and Miguel. Sam and Tory. Hawk and demetri . It's gotten old writers don't know how to make more story so it does the conflict and drama make up and break up again rinse and repeat. It's poor writing and character regression. I couldn't stand Daniel even though miyagi do is the good above all form . A fight over name and style seriously ? Daniel and miyagi do compromised with the moment they entered a league with Johnny and eagle fang . Miyagi do was put down to ally with Johnny and eagle fang It's about them both not either one only anymore. It's like a marriage. Daniel should have been treating johnny as a partner and not trying to own him and conform him. I appreciate johnny for trying to appease and submit to Daniel and miyagi do . Points to johnny for being the good man. However Johnny disrespecting mr miyagi in that way in the last episode he can't get angry for that and deserved getting punched That was an l . I loved sam and Tory relationship it was wholesome and I wished it were like that from the early season. I understand Tory lost her mom but it made no sense for her to go back to Cobra Kai. She shouldn't have act on her emotions. She could leave miyagi do but not join Cobra Kai again. It's ridiculous it made no sense. The fight was stopped because they didn't want tory 💀 sam . Demeremtri ticked me off. He got angry at Eli over a university seriously. They were Best friends from young and he couldn't just get over himself ? He couldn't just let hawk have the flag and have something ? He is lucky hawk isn't the same anymore. Maybe he is still angry about his arm. Demetri didn't need sekai takai . Demetri was a jerk and a prick. I knew there were going to be problems in some or all couple relationships . I knew Yasmine would not last long with demetri. The writers pulled some drama with Yasmin. She woke up and started saying ew. The veil of ignorance was lifting and she was starting to go back to her old self a little bit. Writers should have tried to keep stable relationships in this last season. She just wanted demetri to be more confident and a winner. I support demetri becoming stronger more confident and a better fighter However demetri could let hawk take the spot and still tried to be a better fighter stronger and more confident. Devon ticked me. She was so focused on attention and winning that she cheated putting laxatives in Kenny water and having him think Anthony did it. I really didn't like that and she is going to regret it. Robby lost character development as well going back to q rift with Miguel. I guess the second place in tournaments and no good future in terms of school dragged his confidence and self esteem down. It seems they didn't get rid of their baggage after all and were fist hungry. Despite the flaws of the season so far I loved this season I love that we are getting more content but I hope cobra Kai does better later .👍
