What a lovely affinity with the water. A clam and relaxed stroke with good extension at the front end buy the right arm is pulling out early and a little wide. Body position in basically very good although a small repositioning of the head downwards might be beneficial. There is some snaking of the hips on the breathing cycle which suggests the lateral chain could do with some more attention. Stroke changeover during the breathing cycle is early ie the lead arm is dropping early. Some more acceleration to the back end of the stroke would be good as it would create better transfer of power and in turn, more speed.
Areas to focus on:
Right arm back-end extension
Back-end acceleration
Lateral chain and core engagement to drive through hips
Stroke changeover on breath cycle
SUGGESTED DRILLS
single arm breathing every stroke, unco, fist + fist/push, 8-3-8
