Welcome to the first season of Seasoned Well! In the first episode I make my way down to the Gower Peninsula on the south coast of Wales. I am on the hunt to meet a range of fantastic suppliers and cook with their produce. First up I talk cockles and laverbread with Kate from Selwyn's.

Love the video, cockles look delicious!! Wish the audio quality/editing was a bit better, quite a lot of clicks and clipping etc but you know whatever, not the end of the world. Want to go to Wales now and forage
