My dad came here when he was a kid and then he brought us; it wasn't so built up like it is now, but it was the BEST place I have ever been! I want to live in Cocoa Beach the rest of my life! Until you can get back take the Cocoa Beach spirit everywhere you go!🌅🏖️🌴🌺💐😀

Great beach! Love it! It is actually heaven on earth but I’m moving to cocoa in 6 months so super happy to go to the beach and explore a new place!!!!!

Love the video but please lower or adjust the volume on the music I have to turn it down whenever it comes on then turn up the volume when you speak because then I cant hear you speak. I cant stand that on my tv. I wont tolerate it on any RU-vid video. Thanks.

Too funny. What he calls shacks behind the mansions are where I used to live. They are 2,3 bedroom ranch style homes. It is the place to live if you can handle the heat. I tried 20 years. Now I'm back in Pa. Shoveling snow. Masochist. If you are thinking about it it is an easy spot to make your dreams come true. A lot of money there and people do not mind paying if you are good at what you do.
