You'll need
125 g butter, at room temperature
125 ml vegetable oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
For the topping:
Chocolate chips
1 cup = 200 ml
Here's how
In a mixing bowl, combine the room temperature butter, vegetable oil, egg, powdered sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and gradually add the flour until you have a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
Knead the dough until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Add the chocolate chips and knead the dough again.
If you have time, it is recommended to refrigerate the dough for about 15-20 minutes.
Take walnut-sized pieces of dough, roll them into balls with your hands, and press them onto chocolate chips. Ensure that the chocolate chips stick to the cookies.
Place the shaped cookies on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool to room temperature.
Your chocolate chip cookies are ready to be served. Enjoy!
