El Cocodrilario La Manzanilla fue abierto en 2008, un proyecto
ecoturístico que no solo beneficiaría a los cocodrilos, sino que también incluiría la protección de 264 hectáreas, tres tipos de mangle, más de 60 especies de aves y una gran cantidad de vida marina.
Hoy, el Cocodrilario La Manzanilla es un espacio espectacular en el que, además de ver cientos de estos animales de cerca, podrás aprender acerca de ellos en el museo.
El recorrido se puede realizar en aproximadamente 30-45 minutos. Se pueden apreciar los cocodrilos en su hábitat, las diferentes especies de mangle y el ecosistema en general.
En la parte final hay un área donde pueden verse los cocodrilos desde pequeños y como se van desarrollando, Es una experiencia muy bonita la persona encargada te puede guiar por el lugar.
